A cupcake selection

Cupcakes are fun and easy to make. I try to come up with something different all the time but when you make hundreds of cupcakes a week sometimes it is not that easy.

Playing with Chocolate

This is simply a humble Chocolate cake, just out of the fridge. 

What can be more fun than Plying with Chocolate? And a camera of course ;)

Rye Sourdough

Hmm, ok I brought a Rye Sourdough home so I can take some nice photos. 

It was my first ever batch of real Rye Sourdough so 

I wanted to take some nice photos... 

This was all that was left before I could take my camera out 

I promise you, next time I will try to take photos of the whole bread ;) 

before the hordes descend upon it

Yesterday was Mother's day here in Ireland and obviously at the bakery 

we had to make tonnes of cakes.

This year, it seams that time is passing very fast indeed. Easter is just around the corner already.
